You're buying the Slip Season Kit ($27). We also offer three optional add-ons, each sold separately. You don't need any of them, and each add-on section below applies only if you choose that add-on. By ticking the box at checkout, you agree to these terms.
Our products are for businesses in Canada, excluding Quebec. Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST/HST is added for Canadian buyers. No PST is charged.
Slip Season Kit – $27 (your purchase). A digital product: guide, templates and course access, delivered by email right after purchase.
Refund: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Course access is removed when the refund is issued.
If you add the Subcontractor Onboarding Pack – $27. A digital add-on delivered with the kit.
Refund: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Access is removed on refund.
If you add the T5018 Slip Review – $97 for up to 10 slips, plus $5 per extra slip. A Darwin bookkeeper reviews the draft slips you upload and sends you a written list of fixes. You file the return yourself and remain responsible for it.
Refund: full refund if you cancel before you upload; no refund once the review is delivered; full refund if we can't deliver for reasons within our control.
If you add the Done-for-you T5018 Filing – $327 for up to 10 subcontractors, plus $25 per extra. This service is governed by a separate engagement letter. Work starts only after you sign it, and its terms (including refunds) apply to that service.
GST/HST is refunded in proportion to any amount refunded. To ask for a refund, email us from the address you used to order.
If you add a service that needs your records, send them only through the private upload link we give you. We never ask for SINs by email, text or chat. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.
Our products and services give general information and the specific service you purchased. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice for your situation beyond that service. You make your own business and filing decisions.
Kit and pack materials are for use in your own business. Please don't resell or share them publicly.
Our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by inaccurate or late information you give us. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
We handle your personal information under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We use it only to deliver your order, keep it confidential, and may store it in cloud systems outside Canada.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and BC courts decide any dispute.
